They were probably there, like they said 'between 8 and 5' (so you can waste your entire day waiting for them -- it's called passive control) but they likely knocked when you were in the washroom and didn't hear them. What a PIA -- I'm waiting for my guys here. We've whined enough that they are sending someone out to the house ... naturally, between 8 and 5...

Sue, Doesn't it just IRRITATE you that it makes you feel so powerless??? Here they are the only alternative. We can't go satelite as Steve suggests, as the apartment owners wont allow it, and the cable company has a monopoly. I have tried simply going without cable for 3 to 4 months and find I don't miss TV but I miss the high speed Internet connection, so I finally give in and call them back...now I have turned to whole project over to my boyfriend...the world is not fair but service people do seem to respond better to strong masculing voices (sigh).

I think it was SUPERB of you to work that into the Marriage Contract. The Jews have it RIGHT! Marriage Contract! Negotiate and discuss what you want and what is expected of you (including regularity of sex!) UP FRONT.

As for the internet: wireless card?

Next year you two will have your own townhouse or something and then you'll have more choices.

April, we do have WIFI in the lobby of our apartment and we can access it from one of Marc's computer's (his laptop) but it is slow(that is how we sent you the pic over the weekend!)....when Marc gets fully moved in, he will have all the Internet stuff running like a top, I know it, this is his thing!!!

But everything else with the move went great, I can't wait for you to see our place, I am thinking Saturday night July 5th for the party, what do you think? Are we ready to starty planning the "guest list"???
