Am I the only one who finds blogging awkward? Is this an indication of age? I have become comfortable with email, but that is one on one. There is something about this blogging concept that feels like running emotionally naked through town. Anyone else feel this way????
Oh Sonya, I am so with you. I am not liking this blogging thing at all. Kevin must type darn fast if he thinks it is possible to post on everyone's blogs in 30 minutes. I spent all day at a wedding, got home at 11:00, started posting on everyone's blogs and it is 1:00 a.m. now. Ugh!
Sonya I've been waiting for you...... Blogging will grow on you just let your feelings flow through the finger tips I beleave my contractors could bennifit tremendously for you and would really like to hear more about what you do. Contractor Marketing Matthew Shields
I think what's awkward about blogging is what's awkward about any writing - getting over the hump and putting something on the page. Don't necessarily consider the blog a finished product. Think of it as a way to work through some thoughts.
Sonya, you can SO do this, sweetheart! You have SO much business experience, so much insurance experience, years of nuanced acumen with doing in particular Contractor's Insurance, you so HAVE to do this to HELP them!
I'm the same way with my work with Online Dating and Romantic Relation coaching. People really want the help and are looking for really USEFUL information that will help them to get the love they want. What I know is to DO that won't happen by wishing it were so and waving a magic wand. You MUST go on more dates!
Those are the foundational steps.
We'll talk later today and I'm happy to walk you through any technical difficulties.
Sonya, I still am not liking this. I'm not sure why we're doing it. Who cares what I have to say. The only reason there are comments on my blog is because you all have to do your homework! I keep having technical difficulties and I can't think of anything people would want to read about that has to do with my line of business. Ah well, let's see if we catch on to this. Best of luck!
In the real world, you would only be reading and commenting when you are interested in the topic and you have something to say. You are right that this is somewhat more difficult, but it is effective at making our sites look good to the search engines...

We're only as naked as we want to be here, Sonya.
You're doing GREAT.
Now post a REAL blog item, lady!
So, tell me MORE about Construction Insurance? What's so cool, interesting, or helpful about?
Best,
